Hi there
We re using 3CX phone for windows version 6.0.26 and we are facing a problem. Everything works fine when we have only one account active in the system, but if we have more than one account it always happens this behaviour right after starting the phone:
a) You can call each of the accounts from an external number
b) The first account reached after starting 3cx phone is then accesible by internal and external calls, however the second active account never gets reached by calls.
c) If you restart the 3cx phone, then you are able to reach each of them again, but once again, the first reached seems to block the second account.
We have the 3CX phone directly connected to a VoIP PBX in the clould, not to an internal 3CX PBX system.
Is there any way to get this issue solved? Is it not possible to have more than one account active at the same time in the same phone ?
