UK Cable Phone Sytem

    Hi,

    I have a Virgin Media Phone line delivered via a cable service. I'm based in the UK.

    Would anybody have any idea (or where I can find out) whther or not Tone or Current disconnect is used and values for the associated parameters.

    Tech support "eh?"

    Had this one before with ex Telewest lines.

    Problem is no one is easily available to talk to. Well not on a tech basis anyway.

    Last time I pursued this to the end I was told their was no Disconnect Supervision on their system. Took weeks to get that out of them.
