unable to access reports

    We just upgraded to version 14 and I have some individuals who need access to the reports.

    We used to use the following to access the reports - http://IP:5000/reports.

    Now that seems to have change and nothing loads but an error that / doesnt exist. Can you kindly advise asap on this as I need to get this sorted for my colleagues to be able to do their work.

    Hi there

    Reports in v14 are located within the 3CX management console Under 'Call Reports'. Reports are also sent by email only so you will need to configure your SMTP server settings in order to be able to send reports.
