When attempting to apply the Version 11 heartbleed Update, I tick the box, click Download selected, get the notification that the a services need to be stopped, do you want to proceed..., click yes, and i get a small window lableled 3CX Interface. In it is a yellow triangle with an exclamation mark and the words...update.checker.filelocked.

I've never come across this before. has anyone else ? thanks

This is on a freshly installed Win 7 machine.

3CX and the PC have been restarted a couple of times.

No the only problem I had was with the fact we missed the "You must apply the .net update so that the services will start" message on that blog entry.

    Hi Bardissi,

Are you using the standalone or Multi tenant? Also, which updated are you attempting to apply? please inform. I would also recommend to open a support ticket on the 3CX portal.

    Thank you.

    Hi leejor,

Have you installed visual studio c++ 2008 sp1 redistributable before upgrading?

Not that I recall. After the initial Win 7 install, I only added what was requested to allow for the 3CX install. I won't have a chance until the weekend to try out your suggestion. Thanks
