Unable to call outside number using Audicodes MP118

    Hi,

    I am using having a problem using 3CX to make outside (external) call.
    Already follow up all instruction that came with manual and configuration guides but still having a problem
    Below is the equipment that we are using along with 3CX

    Gateway: Audicodes MP118
    SIP Phones: 2 unit x Linksys SPA942
    Had full 3CX License software
    I have try to monitor server activity log, below is the log

    I am using '9' as prefix in order to call outside in outbound rule

    Need all the help to solve the problem. Thanks

    You need a few more logs, it sort of cuts off just as it's getting to the part with the failure message. (the good part)
