Unable to call through Salesforce

    Hi

    I have integrated salesforce with 3CX PBX system successfully. I cannot make calls to Leads and Contacts mobile number it gives me an error message which is //Outbound call could not be processed: Destination is empty//

    but I can make calls to leads and contacts phone number

    Can I know what was the problem?

    Have you installed the Call assistant software which will install the 3cx tapi driver on the PC?

    Yes I have installed Call Asistance Software. That's why I can make calls to lead's and contact's phone in salesforce. but I cannot make calls to mobile phones of Lead's and Contact's in Salesforce.

    Please help me to solve this problem
