Unable to change voicemail extension number

    I have recently upgraded to version 6, free edition at present. We had voice mail extension number set to 888. On upgrading we now cannot access voicemail - it says "Temporarily Unavailable". I note when I go into General Settings that there is a fax service, grayed out, which is also using number 888, so that may be the reason. The problem however is that I cannot change the number. I have tried changing the voicemail number to something else, and when I hit OK it tells me the data has been updated and I must restart the server. I do so, but when I come back in the number is still showing as 888. Whatever I do I cannot change the number.

    Anyone any idea why I can't make this change and how I can fix it?
