Unable to Connect, status remains at "connecting"

Hi,

Are you trying to connect from locale or remote place?
And if from remote, do you use 3CX tunnel or not? If yes, be sure to have open 5090 and 5080 ports for tunnel.

What are you trying to connect to? There are 4 connection modes

1) Local connection - Normal connection to a PBX that resides on the same network area
2) Remote (External Extension) Over the internet from a remote location using 5060 for signalling and random rtp ports in the 42000 range.
3) Remote (Tunnel) Over the internet using Tunnelling sending Sip and rtp all encap in TCP over 1 port 5090
4) Voip Provider (SIP PHONE standalone no proxy) - registration to a voip provider directly without 3CX Sip Server interaction.

Check profiles. remember for 2 and 4 you need STUN enabled.
