Unable to connect to SipGate

    Hi,
    Many thanks for the great product.
    I have a problem through in that I cannot connect to sipgate, when I follow the instructions in the manual it shows me different screenshots to the web interface, I have tried a couple of times to get the system to connect through to sipgate however it never manages it.

    I have been through all the various menus looking for a way to modify the gateways, voip line etc and none of them seem to work.

    If you let me know what information you require from me to help me solve this problem I'd be gratefull.

    Thank you for your feedback.

    We are about to upload an improved manual today describing in more detail how to setup SIPgate with 3CX Phone System. In short however its important to put the right info from the SIPgate Connection information in the right fields of the 3CX VOIP provider lines:
