Unable to dial out using MyPhone via the desk phone

    I'm trying to get the MyPhone desktop app to dial a number using our desk phones. This would be a great handy feature.

    However when we try to dial out the deskphone is immediately put on hold and we hear our own holding music playing. It also immediately goes to speaker phone oddly rather than to the headsets which are attached and configured for the phones.

    Any idea what we need to change on the server?
