Unable to forward calls when using digital receiptionist

    I have an extension which is set to forward to external number when no answer. This is working fine if I route calls to connect to this extension directly. However, it will fail to work if I route it to the digital receptionist, which in turn route to the extension based on the option selected. Below is the log generated when the call forwarding is works and is not working respectively. Any advise is deeply appreciated. Thanks.
