Solved Unable to get BLF working on Yealink T46G

    Hey People,

    I've recently purchased some T46G's which have been working fine apart from I can't seem to get the BLF keys to work, none of the extensions I have set seem to work (no LED and a cross on the expansion module), is there anything can do to test? I've put some details below of what I've already tried.

    3CX Version: 15.0.60903.0
    Phone HW: 28.2.0.128.0.0.0
    Phone FW: 28.80.0.130

    I've Tried:
    Testing on multiple phones (same model).
    Factory resetting the phone and re-provisioning.
    Manually setting up the phone as per the 3CX guide.
    Creating another 3CX server and setting it up on that.
    Using the soft-phone (which works).
    Setting the Extension to *20* as well as *20*EXTENSION .
