Solved Unable to get to management console

    New to the cloud stuff. I'm not a Linux person. I've installed 3CX on Google cloud. I can get to the extension that it set up but I can't get to the management console. I'm using the path, https://mycompany.3cx.us/management/MainForm.wgx Not sure what I'm doing wrong. I added the port number in there and that didn't do anything either. Any ideas. Thanks.

    I would envision Google has something similar to AWS - security groups (like a simple firewall for basic port forwarding).

    Check and see if you have opened the ports set up on installation required for HTTPS (5001) normally by default.

    Also check an nslookup of your domain and ensure it resolves to the correct IP address as well.

    Hi @chown ,

    Where did you get that URL from? That path is valid only on earlier versions of 3CX (V14 etc).

    Can you not access the URL on port:5001? For example:
    Code:
    https://companyname.3cx.us:5001
    Also can you confirm that the domain is resolving to the correct IP?
