We have configured the 3cx v 15 extension on cisco spa 303 Ip phone.

Steps which we are followed to set up the extension on cisco spa 303 IP phone.

    1. Internet coming through portable router (which is used in homes)
    2. From the router, we took and inserted one RJ 45 cable in SW port fo the cisco IP phone.
    3. Using DHCP IP assigned to CISCO phone.
    3. Extension configured and its registered successfully.

But when he called to any extension from this phone able to hear his voice but he is not able to hear voice

    Any one please help

You will need to provide a few more details of your set-up. It sounds as if (no pun intended) the ports used for audio are unable to reach the set.

If you haven't done so (or haven't used remote extensions before) run the 3CX Firewall Checker on the PBX to be sure that all passes.

Are you using any other remote extensions? Do they work correctly? have You tried this set at another location, or on the same LAN as the 3CX server, just to test?

Does the router, that the set is behind, handle any other VoIP services/sets?

is there audio both ways when you receive a call?

Have you tried assigning the set a static IP?

Have you configured STUN on the set? Check the 3CX Activity log to be sure that the PBX sees the Public IP (and port) and not a private IP during registration.

Unfortunately cisco phones are not supported as remote extensions in V15 due ti the fact that these phones do not accept https connections. Nginx web server used for V15 accepts only https connections from remote extensions for security reasons.
