Unable to listen to recordings since v12

    Hi,

    A client since upgrading them to V12 cannot listen to telephone recordings through the Web Reports interface. At the end of the call log when the press the 'Play' link they get

    You have no rights to load: c:\programdata\3cx\data\recordings\2016\[louise *****%3a]_07773******-2016_20131024091552(1025).wav
    Please contact administrator.

    The extensions that are enabled to do this have both the 'Allow 3CX Web Report Access' & 'Allow Admin Operations' ticked, but the same message is displayed.

    Am I missing a further option that has been added or something else to V12?

    Hi Gary,

    Can you please check in the extension settings>>3CXPhone tab to see if you have enabled "show call Recordings" and "allow deletion of recordings"? enable those and the user will be able to play back their recordings through web reports. If your issue remains unresolved feel free to let us know so we can investigate further.

    Thanks, people can now play their recordings but cannot play other people's recordings.

    I need to be able to grant a person authority to listen to everyone's calls. This is a compliance officer in a financial company. I have selected the Manager option in rights section of the extension but they still have no access.

    Any other settings I'm missing?

    Service pack 3 will give you the ability to configure rights to play all recordings - next update this will be solved.
