All of our network users had trouble logging into 3CX phone and assistant this morning.
Error: "Could not log into server. Check server settings."
A reboot of the server running the 3CX Phone Systmem resolved the issue. Looking through the event logs shows the following around the time we noticed the server being unresponsive to login attempts:

    Log Name: Application
    Source: Application Error
    Date: 30/12/2009 07:56:50
    Event ID: 1000
    Task Category: (100)
    Level: Error
    Keywords: Classic
    User: N/A
    Computer: OCT-3CX-01
Faulting application 3CXIvrServer.exe, version 8.0.9197.0, time stamp 0x4ae9d0da, faulting module ntdll.dll, version 6.0.6001.18000, time stamp 0x4791a783, exception code 0xc0000005, fault offset 0x0003dbba, process id 0x264, application start time 0x01ca87f68d41b989.

I searched through the forum and found: http://www.3cx.com/forums/3cx-phonesystem-service-crashes-with-event-id-3521.html#p15937 which seems the only post mildly related.

Has anyone else experienced this before? Just hoping it won't become a regular issue.
    Thanks for any help.
