Unable to login to 3CX Phone System

    Hi,

    I have a 3CX Phone System. When I tried to login to it using Management Console or Windows Management Console I get an error message which is "An exception occured login form Error:config server is not connected".

    I have attached a screenshot for you about this error message.

    Please see to it and try to help me to solve this problem.

    If you have access to the box that 3CX is running on, then check to ensure all 3CX services are running. This may be the cause of your problem.
