    Hello,

I checked 3 times my login password, and i can't manage to login in order to use the phone.
Here's the error message which is displayed in the Server console of 3CX.

[CM102001]: Authentication failed for SipReq: REGISTER my.server.com:5060 tid=c042b630ba549267 cseq=REGISTER contact=201@45.25.85.63:5070 / 2 from(wire); Reason: Credentials don't match, check that authorization-ID and password match the ones in extension settings

Does someone have any idea ?,
    Thanks for help,
    Alex.

    Hello matlandis,

    Thank you for your help.

I'm trying to connect to remote 3CX IP PBX with the 3CX Voip Client.

Please go in the 3X configuration under the extension properties, and set the Pin number in the Voice Mail Configuration to be the same as the password (make it all numeric)

Save settings and retry connecting with the 3CX client.

    regards
