Unable to make outbound calls BroadVoice

    I can receive inbound calls, but outbound calls fails. here is my check list:

    * registrar: sip.broadvoice.com:5060
    * outbound proxy: proxy.mia.broadvoice.com:5060
    * registration for both in-outbound
    * firewall tests passed

    server status:

    Call::Terminate [CM503008]: Call(34): Call is terminated
    Call::RouteFailed [CM503014]: Call(34): Attempt to reach [sip:02147898273@192.168.1.110:5060] failed. Reason: Not Registered
    23:26:17.203 Call::RouteFailed
    [CM503014]: Call(34): Attempt to reach [sip:02147898273@192.168.1.110:5060] failed. Reason: Not Registered

    it looks like the registration is failing for outbound calls. I can configure xlite or any soft phone to make outbound calls.

    Any ideas on what i need to test? Any help will is appreciated.

    i had to configure my lynksis router. followed the directions on the URL: https://www.3cx.com/blog/voip-howto/linksys-router-configuration/ - new link

    now i get a different error:

    Call::RouteFailed [CM503014]: Call(1): Attempt to reach [sip:02147898273@192.168.1.110:5060] failed. Reason: Forbidden
    CallLeg::eek:nFailure [CM503003]: Call(1): Call to sip:2147898273@sip.broadvoice.com has failed; Cause: 403 Forbidden; from IP:147.135.32.221:5060
    CallCtrl::eek:nSelectRouteReq [CM503004]: Call(1): Calling: VoIPline:10000@[Dev:sip:2142421753@sip.broadvoice.com:5060]
    CallCtrl::eek:nIncomingCall [CM503001]: Call(1): Incoming call from Ext.100 to [sip:02147898273@192.168.1.110:5060]
