We have setup the 3CX CRM integration with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013, users are able to process inbound calls with the pop up correctly finding the CRM contact but we are having a problem with trying to make outbound calls. When you click 3CX > call main phone it launches the dial window with http://localhost:5535/telephone1?id=...... but nothing happens and the web page changes to this page can not be displayed. We are able to make outgoing calls through the Outlook plugin and the CRM outbound was working and then stopped. All users are running Windows 8 and Dynamics CRM through IE 10, we have checked firewall and that the outbound call listener service is running. Has anyone else had this issue or suggestions of what we have missed?
