Unable to make outbound calls on Sipgate Network

    I am using the VoIP Provider Sipgate.com for inbound calls, and it works great for that, but I'm trying to use it for some outbound calls as well. I have it set in the outbound routes, however, 3cx simply skips over that trunk and does not log any reason why. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    The 3CX logs will probably show the reason why the calls are "skipping over" the trunk, set the log level to verbose, it may give additional information. Post a log of a call attempt ,if you want.

    I tried to make the same call twice, and here's what I got (I've marked out personal information):

    Why would it say that there are no available outbound lines?

    In case anyone else has this issue, I forgot to check the box "Allow outgoing calls on this line", which is found by clicking on the DID under VoIP Providers.You'll need to click the disclosure box next to your provider to see your DID/Port Identifier/External Number.

    looks as if 3CX is trying to route outgoing calls via outgoing.future-nine.com

    check the outbound rules and ensure sipgate is first in the route list.
