unable to register voip provider

    hello
    i am not able to register 5 voip lines with my provider with other provider i can register but the call is for just 10 seconds (both providers works fine in version 3)
    i installed the last version 5.0.3752.0 and restored my version 3 backup and tried also to delete and create again one line but the problem still the same
    i am running a server 2003 box (clean install) with opened required ports

    yes it does The firewall test passed with warnings. The port number was changed but the message said that it should not be a problem.

    on what system and with what tipe of network settings you use the pbx

    please specify

    is ita public ip?
    is the default gateway on same subnet ?

    for ex. 192.168.178.100

    def, gate way 192.168.178.1 ?

    the provider you use

    perhaps some of the log

    sure, its running in a w2003 server (clean install), i use a fixed IP, the network is compoused with 10 computers running in the same net (192.168.1.88) the defaul gateway is 192.168.1.254, the provider is a company of AT&T, my second provider is working fine, this lines work ok in version 3 and in a beta version also

    please let me know to where may i send the logs

    VOIP not working

    I have the same problem since updating to version 5 I have been keeping an eye on fixes and so for no luck. I have also done a clean install. My voip is with sipgate all I keep getting is the following

    22:36:06.062 Call::RouteFailed [CM503014]: Call(11): Attempt to reach [sip:01268******@192.168.1.2:5060] failed. Reason: Not Registered

    When I test the ports I get 90% of the ports working and when I retest it again i still only get about 90% working but diffrent ports.

    Try this:

    in Lines >> Manager >> Manage Gateways & Providers >> Your Voip Provider >> Registration Settings
    "Which IP to use in 'Contact' field for registration:"
    Choose 'Specified IP' xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:5060 (instead of External:Stun resolved) replace xxx's with your voip providers IP address

    Your telling 3CX what Ip to use to access your provider instead of having STUN try to figure it out.

    The full domain name should work aswell.

    Keep in mind that if the IP is changed you have to fix it again.

    Try to get the SIP server name from your VoIP provider, STUN is needed when you make calls and have NAT requirements.

    Archie sent me this:

    There's a quick fix for your issue: edit 3CXPhoneSystem.ini file, in [Network] section add following string:

    localSubnets = 169.254.0.0/16,172.16.0.0/12,192.168.0.0/16


    now all my lines are working properly
