Unable To Register

    Hi,

    Since moving to 3CX, this is the first time we have had one of our staff travelling internationally. They are have had no issues registering while there were anywhere in Australia, but since they have been traveling (Dubai, Switzerland, France) they have not been able to successfully register once.

    I have search the settings and unable to find anything that should effect this.

    There are no IPs in the blacklist.

    Any suggestions?

    Hi there

    You can try to set these extensions to use the tunnel and that port 5090 is open and forwarded on your firewall. In v14 3CXPhone for Windows only connects via the tunnel externally, in some countries port 5060 is blocked by ISP's. In some places this is also true for both 5060 and 5090 in which case they will not be able to use the Phone at all. Check with the ISP of the country to make sure that theses ports are not blocked.
