Unable to run reports

    Hi Guys,

    I need help with our 3CX reporter. I'm unable to click on the drop down box to select Individual queues to report on.

    Do you have any queue configured in the 3cx phone system?

    Hi

    We have 18 queues and this has worked in the past. Just stopped the other day. I have restarted services and has not resolved this issue.If I run report for abandoned calls individual queue the drop down box does not display any options. This exist anywhere there is a drop down list to select queues
