Unanswered Calls

    When I run a extension statistics report on a particular extension I get a huge number for one particular user who does not have a deskphone and only uses 3CXPhone and is only a part time user we just cannot see how its so high

    I am sorry, is there a question here? What forms the basis for your concern? What is the set-up, what is the expectation? Being part time, maybe calls are being routed full-time, so the unanswered call ratio is ( and should be) high.

    You gave no details, merely an opinion.
