unasked for call transfers

    Running 3CX with call centre, issue is today live calls to agents were transferring to the next agent mid convo!! we thought it may be linked to calls traffic coming in as in we have 8 lines 2 queues and at the time 4 agents logged in all using myphone and 3CX softphone Scenario is this:
    1: Call enters IVR option selected call answered
    2: Next call enters in after selecting, the already (1) live call then is pushed from the agent they are live with to a different agent, that agent 3CX softphone auto answers the call as if new call but the caller is still talking away as in its one seemless call for the caller!!

    Any ideas to investgate?

    Look in the server activity log to begin with you should see the calll being transfered from one extension to the next. This maybe a topic you should post in phone system general as this doesnt seem to be a problem tied to the actuall VoIP pone.
