I have been working on this problem with Rob in a previous post about transferring to another number. Here is what is happening. If I set through the console to Forward all Calls it works as planned; however if I use my phone (a Grandstream GXP2000) and press *72+9+1+518+542xxxx# to enable Unconditional Cal forwarding at the phone level, my phone will read call fwd enabled. The problem is when someone calls, it does not act like when I set Forward all Calls, instead my calls drop to VM. Is there any developers out there that read these boards? Rob and I have been working on this for about 4-5 days with no other outside assistance. In we both have Enterprise versions of this software, and I can say without support this product will go nowhere.
