"unknown" caller id if set to ring cell phone is active

    Any Idea why I get "unknown" caller id on the mobile, if the extenstion is set to "ring my extensions and mobile at the same time" is active in the forwarding rules?

    If I use ring groups the call the extension, and if no answer ,than call the the mobile the caller id is correct

    You don't say how you are forwarding the call to your mobile. VoIP provider we assume.
