unsupported media error

    Hello,
    when I try to call ext. on planet fxs device it gives me "unsupported media "

    That generally means that there is a problem with the Codecs you are trying to use.

    it solved by pbx deliver audio or record all calls

    It means that this device is not completely compliant to RFC3264
    3CX Phone offers audio and video media (video media can be disabled in phone configuration).
    In any case, device should not reject offer completely, it should simply reject video media and continue with audio.
