unwanted interruption of the call

    good morning
    asking for your help
    I installed a 3CX Phone System verson 10 with the configuration of telephone lines of some VOIP providers

    everything is working correctly except for one thing:
    Incoming calls that originate from H.323 devices (with trank H323 to SIP)
    promptly after 5 minutes are interrupted;
    the log of the exchange is simply:
    16:33:14.553 [CM503008]: Call (79): Call is terminated
    16:33:05.443 Currently active calls - 1: [79]
    16:32:33.443 Currently active calls - 1: [79]
    16:32:01.443 Currently active calls - 1: [79]
    16:31:29.443 Currently active calls - 1: [79]
    16:30:57.443 Currently active calls - 1: [79]
    16:30:25.442 Currently active calls - 1: [79]
    16:29:53.442 Currently active calls - 1: [79]
    16:29:21.442 Currently active calls - 1: [79]
    16:28:49.442 Currently active calls - 1: [79]
    16:28:17.441 Currently active calls - 1: [79]

    I tried to configure the same line on a softphone 3cx and the problem persists
    I then tried to configure the same line on a softphone X-lite AND ALL WORKING PROPERLY

    someone can help me?

    Turn on verbose logging in the settings and try again to see the logs.
    This should tell you more.
