up dated 15.5 and now my did # not working

    updated last night and this am i had to call support to forward my did numbers to answering service
    we are service company with 12 did # and one main number we are with fusion and am happy with 3cx and fusion they help me this am but i have been looking at 3cx and can not find problem any thoughts from the masters

    using cisco phones but my problem is the 10 did numbers are not beaning seen by 3cx to forward to call q main number is comming in but nor othere did # thanks

    Hello @rickreeves

    Do you mean all numbers route to the main trunk number or when calling any of the other DIDs the call does not hit the PBX?
