Update tenant on Cloud Server

    I installed a new tenant on the Cloud Server but it's still SP3, the other tenant already has SP4 but I can't update the latest tenant because SP4 is already installed on the first tenant, any suggestions to update the newest tenant?

    Hi there,
    Please perform backup of all tenants, uninstall your current 3CX Cloud Server, and install latest release available from website. As the Update process is now common to all tenants, through Sysadmin console / Maintenance menu, you should'nt meet same issue.
