Update to SP4 failed

    On one of my PBX's I am getting a "update failed" message when trying to apply SP4 (after which we need SP5). Are there any installation logs to check where it is failing?

    Hi,

    You have "3cxUpdater.log" in C:\ProgramData\3CX\Data\Logs. You should see there if there is an exception during update.
