I just downloaded the latest firmware for the Grandstream 2100, and there are 5 files included.

    gxp2100aux.bin
    gxp2100base.bin
    gxp2100boot.bin
    gxp2100core.bin
    gxp2100prog.bin

Which of these would I select in the 3CX console to upgrade the phone? I tried just selecting the directory I have them in, but that didn't work.

From the looks of this site...

it would appear that the set will download what it wants when pointed to the server with the files.

Have a look at page 40 of the manual.
