Updating YEALINK Firmware

    My 3CX Phone System is up to day with all current service packs.

    I'm trying to update our Yealink Phones Firmware. But now I'm getting a error message. I was wondering if you guys even seen this error and know what it means.

    ERROR - AN EXECPTION OCCURRED FIRMWAREFORM ERROR: THE GIVEN KEY WAS NOT PRESENT IN THE DICTIONARY.

    Anyone know what key the system is talking about. Any help would be great. THANKS.

    Does this happen if you drive the firmware upgrade from 3CX, or if you do it via the phone's browser GUI?
