Upgrade 3cx from 14 to 15 now T46G clocks wrong / sleep issue

    I just upgraded our 3cx V14 to V 15.5. Everything went smoothly. I loaded the old backup. Upgraded the phone firmware.

    Now all the Yealink T46G phones have this annoying sleep mode that starts too quickly. Any way to fix that globally?

    Another issue is the clocks are wrong on the T46G phones... They all say 11/27/17, 00:00. Does anybody know how to fix this?

    I paid for support but something must be wrong with my account because it wouldn't let me submit a support ticket through the customer support portal.

    Re: Sleeping too quickly - you can adjust that on a per phone basis (or multi select phones to do a bunch at once) - under the extension -> provisioning tab.

    Re: Time showing incorrectly - the format can be adjusted in the same place. Is the time wrong, or just the format?
