Upgrade 3CX v14 to v15

    Hi,

    I had perform version upgrade 3cx v14 to v15. Once the installation is done without any error, I tried to login with the given URL/IP address but it seem unable to access, it keep prompt this site cannot be reach. Please help and advise what should I check and do?

    I found one service is not running , 3CXPhoneSystem Nginx Server. Is that related?

    Hello @chongch@douyee.com

    Please note that Nginx is the web server V15 uses so if Nginx is not running you will not be able to access the management console. Please try to start it and let us know if that works
