Upgrade from V12?

    Hi, a new client has come to us with an old version 12.0.35528.640 install and asked us to take over the maintenance, logging on to the system the updater fails to reach the server:
    "The http server cannot be reached. Please check the connection to the web server."
    Have the servers been turned off for the old versions or is it a local issue?

    Or if someone can tell me what service pack 12.0.35528.640 is I can work from there.
