Upgrade from V9 to V10?

    I'm using the free edition of V9 now. I found out the problems I've having with Sangoma provisioning is related to the fact that I'm following instructions for V10, but I'm using V9.

    So can I simply backup my V9 config, upgrade to V10, and reload my config? Will I ever need to reload my config (I'll backup anyhow). Any notes around for doing upgrades?

    Upgrading is easy, do a backup uninstall V9 but make sure V9 is up to date meaning SP5. Then install V10 and restore your backup. Everything should work as planned.
