    Will the update procedure available into the update list or will be necessary to backup and restore from previous installation?

    If you are referring from moving from v9 to v10, these are major versions therefore the procedure is needed to backup, uninstall, reinstall, restore.

    Between Version 10 updates then we will proceed with Service packs.
