Upgrade to 7.0

    Hi!

    Last year my company have purachsed 3CX Enterprise license and one year of tech support.
    Now, when 7.0 has come out i don't see it in Versions\Updates menu in 3CX admin console.
    So i would like to know if my current license allows an upgrade to 3CX 7.0?

    Hi,

    If you purchased upgrade insurance within the last year as I understand it you are entitled to free upgrades to the latest version for that period. If not you can upgrade to the latest version for 60% of the cost of the new version being purchased.

    I am pretty sure this is correct, if not someone will jump in to correct me.

    You need to manually upgrade to version 7 if you still have access to upgrades as part of your licensing.
