Upgrade to latest 3cx v8

    Hi,

    I wish to upgrade from v8.0.9532.468 to the latest version v8.0.10x.

    The upgrade facility within 3cx show me that the newer version exists but, doesn't allow me to download it. If I try to do it manually then I am advised to uninstall the existing version before installing the latest one.

    Is there a correct way of doing this?

    I thought using the upgrade facility would be the right thing to do, now I'm not sure.

    Any guidance on this please.

    Using the update facility - have you tried it from the WIndows Management Console on the machine itself instead of over the web?

    Hi,

    Simply take a backup of the system, uninstall and install the latest version, when it asks you to for your old backup comply and your done.
