    Hi,
    I just upgraded from Elastix with Aastra scripts to 3CX.

    I have everything working. Got the provisioning going. All seems good.

    Then a user asked about Call Forwarding. I have a call forwarding menu item on the Aastra 57i, but it does nothing. I can't find a feature code in 3CX.

    any suggestions?

    That would be using the web interface / soft phone. Is there a way to do this from the Aastra phone?
    Like a * code or something

    No way of changing call forwarding on phone, as above need to use webclient or 3CX client

    If the forward has to happen all the time, you can configure it within the 3CX console for that extension
