Upgraded from 12.5 to v14, some pages are 404

    Hi All

    We upgraded from v12.5 to v14 latest, last weekend. We are gettign 404 errors on the Services page:

    An exception occurred RestartServices Error: System.Net.WebException: The request failed with HTTP status 404: not found

    and

    Settings > Network > Port

    The request failed with HTTP status 404: Not Found.

    I don't want to reinstall! Is there any way to get past this please?

    My advice would be to check that all services are running, and if yes, the check in C:\Program Files\3CX Phone System\Bin\nginx\logs\ which are the webserver logs that may point you in the right direction.

    IIS: Upgraded from 12.5 to v14, some pages are 404

    but that is location of v15 logs :S

    Oops :oops: :oops:

    If you are using IIS as the Web Server, check that the Application Pool and the Default Web Site exists and that it is started. Also if you have made any sort of modifications to IIS like redirections, best undo them for the time being.
