upgraded from v8 to v9, cant update to sp1

    when v9 was released I updated to v9.

    now that sp1 is released when i go into managment console and click on Service Packs/updates I see:
    Version 8 Updates 13357 and its greyed out. no other updates for ver 9. Its as if it thinks im still on 8.

    any ideas?

    I dont believe you updated from V8 to V9.

    How did you do the initial update? We had to backup v8 fully, then uninstall it, then install v9 and load from the backup.

    V9 to V9 SP1 could be done through the windows management console on the PBX.

    When you log in to 3cx you should see the version number on the login screen.
