upgraded to v10 and 3cx assitant?

    Hi,


    I upgraded from 9 to 10. Fine fine... without problems.

    But, every 3cx assistant have been disconnected...and impossible to reconnect.

    Must be removed that software? upgraded? or what?

    3CX Assistant is not compatible with v10 as far as i know.
    You should uninstall it and install MyPhone instead

    HI,



    When I logon using my high level privilege user, I can install /myphone without problems, but problems with less privileges.

    The can logon at ip:5000/myphone using extension and pin but, not shown the option to install the software.


    any idea?

    Yes, the install button (small and dificult to see) is in the Right corner of the web page, close to Help incon and Logout link. (we are talking of 3CX MyPhone web portal, and not 3CX Phone) *Please note and compare the old version of 3CX MyPhone in the old YouTube video and this new version of 3CX MyPhone the link is remplace by a icon.

    Next you see a new window (the same 3CX MyPhone program) and go to: Settings tap (The blue wrench incon) > Preferences, and click INSTALL. Now you can see another new window with the .EXE setup file for install.

    *Remember, to access to your 3CX MyPhone web portal (first step) yo need to go to your web browser and type: http://XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX:5000/MyPhone (reemplace X for your 3CX server IP, for example: 192.168.1.1)

    Sorry I dont´t remember more details, was very confuse and difficult to find all installation steps in one page. :S

    That install button is not shown when running ie with an user with no privileges

    Naturally since the user has no installation permissions available.
