upgrading from v6 to v7

    hi all,
    woulding if there are any known issues which should be taken into account when upgrading from v6 to v7 ?
    do you need to be on the latest version of v6 to do an upgrade ?
    are there any step by step guides ?
    I saw one thing about needing to recreate extentions is this still the case?

    Hi

    You should be at 6.1 and all working as expected. Then make a backup, uninstall V6, install V7 and restore your backup.

    Its a 10 minute job.

    NB..If you need your call records, ensure you import them as per FAQ before you go to V7.
