Upgrading from v9

    Hi All,

    Just a quick one, if we upgrade to v10, will the assistants automatically upgrade to the Silverlight version?

    Hello,

    No they won't, you need to uninstall the assistant, uninstall V9 (do a backup of course) and install fresh V10.

    the assistant and the myphone app are 2 different things. The assistant will fail to connect and you be forced to download the assistant if you want or you can use the webpage. i do beleive that that you will also need to re setup any outlook intergration you are using as it is a different product.
