Urgent audio problem with 3Cxphone

    hi,

    Urgent. i installed 3CXphone which i need it for work but i can not hear the person im calng. he can hear me. someone in the forum who can help me .

    Are you using 3CX phone system to make phone calls or just using the 3CXphone app with a VoIP provider?

    You are mostly likely experiencing firewall issues when the router or your firewall/antivirus is blocking inbound audio.

    If you are using 3CX phone system, open up the management console and navigate to Settings-->Firewall checker and run a check to see if ports are being forwarded correctly.

    If you are using the 3CX app by itself, try adding stun.3cx.com as a STUN server.
