    Hi,

i've got a really big problem. Since 2 days our VOIP Line cannot be registered. (using latest Version 6)

    LOG:
13:58:03.140 ClientRegs::eek:nFailure [CM504007]: Next attempt to register 10008@070219320XXX is scheduled in 5 minute
13:58:03.140 ClientRegs::eek:nFailure [CM504005]: Registration failed for: 10008@070219320XXX; Cause: 404 Not Found; warning: Domain not present; from IP:212.144.24.25:5060

None of my VoIP-lines can be registered now...i've tried this also with an other 3cx server, the same bad result.

When i use other software like X-Lite it works all fine, it can register with the same settings.

I didn't really change anything @ Software / Hardware. I've allready made a backup, reinstalled 3cx, ... no chance to solve the problem.
This problem occured 2 days ago :(

my provider is germany: Arcor (07021.sip.arcor.de = IP:212.144.24.25)

Need urgent help, because all phones don't work @ our company ...

    Thanks

Log2 from Monday - first all working, later not:

Have you tried to ask your provider first? I think it is more than reasonable to do first. Especially if all has been working for sometime and soft hasn't been changed/updated. And, if you will ask them - ask them what does "Domain not present" mean. Just interesting.

    HI

Our test server did same when another client had accidently used the test accountings and registered with provider.
Solution: Tell provider to logout customer and then after reregistration check ip from where it registered. Use new registration settings if customer outside your control.
Worked at our site. worth trying.

I second (or third) this request. Contact your provider to have them tell you what it looks like from their end. To me it looks like the server is unable to contact your provider. Could have some sort of firewall issue here. Also, disable the tunnel service if you are not using it.

    Hi,

thanks for your help, but it doesn't work yet :(

What i've done: i reinstalled and created a new VoIP line - the same error.
i've tested on other computers => same error.
If there would be a problem with the VoIP-Provider, it wouldn't work with other Phone software (X-Lite works fine).
    I don't think that 3cx & X-Lite register the lines different @VoIP provider...or?

I switched off firewall, tested different settings on router (Ports), ... no help

Now i told my provider about my problems ... waiting for response, but this can take 2-3 days

    Any other ideas???

    Tugi2o,

I don't think it's a problem with your provider but they'd at least be able to pull up their logs and provide some very useful information to you.

On a personal note, I would question any provider that's going to take 2-3 days to answer a question or solve a problem. If this is a business account this is entirely unacceptable and I would find another provider.

I currently use three different providers, all for different reasons and I am happy with all of their customer service. Let me know if you want to know who they are.

Make sure that your provider don't use a UserAgent control policy on their server.
If your provider allow only Asterisk or Xlite you've to change provider...

Actually X-Lite and 3CX are indeed different. I once had a problem with a VoIP provider that I was trying to set up on 3CX that was working fine on X-Lite. The error I received was the same: 404 Not Found. I finally found out that it would only complete the calls (registration was working fine, but calls weren't) if I used the IP address of this provider in the registrar/proxy addresses instead of the hostname. In X-Lite, using the hostname worked fine...

So maybe your VoIP provider has changed some settings in their server that is causing problems for you now. As already mentioned, they may be able to say what's showing up on their end!
